通过分析高校图书馆人力资源及其管理中存在的缺陷,提出高校图书馆应该引入人本管理的思想,并对如何引入人本管理提出建设性意见。
By analyzing the human resource in university library and the defects in its management, this paper puts forward the idea that the university library should introduce humanism management and puts forward constructive suggestions on how to introduce humanistic management.
