近几年,我国社会和经济飞速发展,与此同时作为社会和经济发展基础的交通行业也得到了迅猛发展。众所周知,人力资源是任何一个行业得以发展的根基,但是对新形势下交通行业人力资源管理工作的观察我们可以发现其中还存在着很多问题。有鉴于此,本文分析了新形势下交通行业人力资源管理中存在的一些问题,并提出了针对性的解决策略。
In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development in our country, the transportation industry, as the basis of social and economic development, has also witnessed rapid development. It is well known that human resources are the foundation for the development of any industry. However, the observation of human resources management in the transportation industry in the new situation shows that there are still many problems. In view of this, this article analyzes some problems existing in the human resources management of the transportation industry under the new situation and puts forward some solutions to the problems.
