采用响应面配方设计法研究了针叶木浆、阔叶木浆和竹浆的比例对造纸法再造烟叶片基抗张指数和成品感官质量的影响。结果表明:不同针叶木浆、阔叶木浆和竹浆比例与再造烟叶片基的抗张指数和成品的感官质量间存在较强的相关性,且回归模型显著,可用于分析预测再造烟叶片基抗张指数和成品感官质量指标。验证实验结果相对偏差在6%以内,说明该模型具有较高可信度。
The effects of the proportion of softwood pulp, hardwood pulp and bamboo pulp on the tensile index and finished sensory quality of remanufactured tobacco leaves were investigated by response surface recipe design. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between the different index of softwood pulp, hardwood pulp and bamboo pulp and the tensile index of reconstituted tobacco base and the sensory quality of the finished product, and the regression model was significant. Tensile index and finished sensory quality index. The relative deviation of the verification experiment is within 6%, indicating that the model has high credibility.
