创造性思维在医疗工作中极其重要。在中国 ,传统的教学方法是以教师为中心 ,以教材为基础 ,以测验为目的。学生们有很好的理论基础 ,在实际临床工作中有时却不会很好地运用这些书本知识。针对这一问题 ,我们在中国北方培训乡村医务人员过程中 ,使用测验和讨论同步的教学方法 ,促进工作人员思维的发展 ,使学员在工作中能积极主动并且创造性地因地制宜处理实际问题。
Creative thinking is extremely important in medical work. In China, traditional teaching methods are teacher-centered, textbook-based, and test-based. Students have a good theoretical basis and sometimes these book knowledge may not be well used in practical clinical work. In response to this problem, in the process of training rural medical personnel in northern China, we use quizzes and discussion of synchronous teaching methods to promote the development of staff thinking, so that students can actively and creatively deal with practical problems in their work.
