取40例不同胎龄胎儿胸腺,制成细胞悬液,行7690-xu荧光染色,部分标本运用我们自己建立的WuT_3、WuT_4和WuT_8致敏红细胞花环实验结合7690-xu荧光染色的方法。荧光镜检可见8种胞核和胞质呈现异质性荧光的胸腺细胞。花环实验结果提示:不同胎龄胎儿胸膜细胞中,数量占优势的深蓝核细胞,大部分是中期胸腺细胞,少数是成熟胸腺细胞;部分灰蓝核一灰黄核-桔黄核蓝绿质细胞为中期胸腺细胞;墨黑核细胞可能是T淋巴细胞的干细胞。
Twenty-four fetuses of different gestational ages were obtained and suspended in 7690-xu cells. Some of the samples were stained with 7690-xu by using our own WuT 3, WuT 4 and WuT 8 sensitized erythrocytes. Fluorescence microscopy showed eight kinds of nuclei and cytoplasm showed heterogeneous fluorescence of thymocytes. The experimental results of rosette suggest that in the fetal pleural cells of different gestational age, the predominant number of deep blue nuclei cells, most of which are mid-term thymocytes, and a few of them are mature thymocytes; part of the gray-blue nuclei-yellow nuclei-orange nucleated cyanocytes For the mid-term thymic cells; Mexican black nuclear cells may be T-lymphocyte stem cells.
