本文对4J29冷轧钢带表面出现的宏观蚀坑缺陷,用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X-射线能谱仪等进行分析。查明了该缺陷是因钢锭浇注时注温偏低,致使保护渣残留表层,其成品在然后的化学抛光时引起电化学腐蚀而形成的。
In this paper, 4J29 cold rolled strip surface macroporous pit defects, using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray spectrometer and other analysis. It is found that the defect is caused by the low injection temperature of the ingot casting, resulting in the residual surface layer of the mold powder and the electrochemical corrosion of the finished product in the subsequent chemical polishing.
