咸阳市音乐家协会是咸阳地区市县音乐工作者的联合组织,现有会员百余人。会员包括咸阳地区各音乐领域内优秀的专家、学者、歌唱演员和群众音乐工作者。第一届主席由赵一沨担任,第二届会员代表大会1997年选举修骏担任主席,第三届会员代表大会2007年6月26日召开,选举产生主席团成员,徐宗德担任主席,副主席由张兴运、左锋、田晓梅、王勇华、刘晓丽、王晓云、郭少华、赵永生、祁越担任,由祁越兼任秘书长。2013年12月增补来晓玲、高平展为副主席。自从成立以来,咸阳市音乐家协会遵循“二为方向”和“百花齐放,百家争鸣”的
