现代能源和未来能源十年前人们就意识到世界能源的变化和利用问题。当时,美国从一个纯石油输出国变成一个纯石油输入国,国内的天然气管线不能满足用户的需要。五年前,由于石油输出国组织实行石油禁运政策,使得世界石油的价格猛增。
