研究了环境温度、相对湿度和日照时间对小麦雪霉叶枯病菌(Gerlachianivalis)侵染和寄主发病的影响。结果表明,该菌分生孢子萌发和初生菌丝生长温度范围为0~30℃,适温11~28℃;较低温度(11~20℃)有利于病菌侵入以及寄主病叶和病斑数的增多,较高的温度(25~30℃)有利于侵入菌丝的扩展和病斑增大;20℃时相对湿度高于93%,侵染才会发生;在日照0~24h的条件下,均能侵染和发病,而以6h以内为最适
