随着我国教育的发展,高等教育由精细化教学已经完成大众化教学的转变。在这样的背景下,高职院校在我国迅速发展壮大。目前高职院作为为社会培养应用型人才的重要基地,在高等教育中有着不可比拟的地位。随着我国扩招政策实施以来,高校的学生日益增多,这就牵扯到学生管理的问题。以班级为单位的班级管理,管理者通常是班主任,班主任作为一个班级的管理规划者,良好的管理方式是保障高职班级教学工作正常开展的前提和保障。本篇文章主要针对情感管理在高职班主任工作中的体现进行相应的探究,通过班级管理方式的转变,在管理过程中凸显出情感,从而保障高职班主任工作的正常开展。
With the development of education in our country, higher education has completed the transformation of popular teaching from the fine teaching. In this context, vocational colleges rapidly develop and expand in our country. At present, higher vocational colleges, as an important base for cultivating applied talents for the society, have incomparable status in higher education. With the implementation of the enlarging enrollment policy in our country, there are more and more students in colleges and universities, which involves the issue of student management. Class as a unit of class management, managers are usually the class teacher, class teacher as a class management planner, a good management style is to ensure the normal teaching of higher vocational classes to carry out the premise and guarantee. This article mainly probes into the manifestation of emotion management in the work of director of higher vocational school. Through the change of the way of class management, the article highlights the emotion in the management process so as to ensure the normal work of the director of the higher vocational school.
