假日旅游在迅速发展的同时,出现了不可忽视的旅游服务质量问题。旅游服务质量的高低直接关系到假日旅游的持续长远发展。因此本文在对旅游服务质量的含义辨析的基础上,对假日旅游中旅游服务质量在住宿,食品卫生安全,导游服务质量等方面出现的问题进行分析,提出应从旅行社、导游自身等方面改进旅游服务质量。 At the same time of the rapid development of holiday tourism, the quality of tourist service that can not be ignored appears. The level of tourism service quality is directly related to the long-term development of holiday tourism. Therefore, based on the analysis of the meaning of travel service quality, this paper analyzes the problems of travel service quality in accommodation, food hygiene and safety, tour guide service quality and so on, and proposes that tourism service should be improved from travel agencies and tour guides themselves quality.
