应用桃树叶粉治疗滴虫性阴道炎,我们曾进行了一些实验室研究与临床观察,发现有较好的效果。为了提高疗效,我们于1976～1978年间,进一步对桃叶膏杀灭滴虫效果,作了实验研究和临床观察。实验室研究材料及方法1.虫株及桃叶膏来源:本实验选取2个患者虫株,分别于1976及1978年采得。所用的桃叶膏有两批,分别于1976和1978年由陕西省人民医院科研药厂,从当时采集的新鲜桃叶熬制,每毫升约相当新鲜生药5克。2.方法:将定量的桃叶膏加入定量的滴虫培养液内,进行培养观察和转种培养观察。根
