[目的]了解唐山市某厂苯作业工人血液系统危害现状。[方法]用生化分析仪为该厂苯作业工人进行血常规检测,通过血常规检测指标的变化,反映苯作业工人的血象健康状况;比较不同工种和工龄间各检测指标的均数以及异常率之间的差异。[结果]该厂苯作业工人血象中NEUT%、NEUT#、LYMPH%、EO%、HGB、WBC等指标异常率较高;男性苯作业工人HGB、EO%、EO#3项指标在油漆工中的异常率高于其他苯作业工人;女性苯作业工人WBC、HGB、EO%、EO#4项指标在油漆工中的异常率高于其他苯作业工人。男性苯作业工人高工龄组EO%、NEUT#、LYMPH%异常率高于低工龄组;女性苯作业工人高工龄组HGB、NEUT%、EO%、NEUT#、EO#、WBC6项指标异常率高于低工龄组。差异有统计学意义。[结论]该厂苯作业工人血象异常率明显高于正常人群,油漆工血象异常率明显高于其他苯作业工人,随着工龄的增加该厂苯作业工人血象异常率有升高趋势。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of blood system hazards of benzene workers in a factory in Tangshan City. [Method] The biochemical analyzer was used to carry out the routine blood tests for benzene workers in this plant. The changes of blood routine test indexes were used to reflect the blood health status of benzene workers. The mean and abnormal rate of each test index difference between. [Results] The abnormal rates of NEUT%, NEUT #, LYMPH%, EO%, HGB, WBC and other indicators of the blood of benzene workers in this plant were higher. The indexes of HGB, EO% and EO # The abnormal rate of WBC, HGB, EO% and EO # of female benzene workers in painter was higher than that of other benzene workers. The abnormal rate of EO%, NEUT #, LYMPH% in the male senior working age group of male workers was higher than that in the lower working age group. The abnormal rate of HGB, NEUT%, EO%, NEUT #, EO # In the low-age group. The difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion] The abnormal blood rate of benzene workers was significantly higher than that of normal workers. The abnormal blood rate of painters was significantly higher than that of other benzene workers. With the increase of seniority, the abnormal rate of blood workers of benzene workers increased.
