我厂一直是从事车辆制造的,在生产中经常遇到一些小附座需要固定在车辆的车身上,以便于零部件与车体的连接、安装。如果按工艺要求设计夹具,会使夹具的套数大大增加,这样势必会造成一些浪费。因此,为了改善设计、满足工艺要求,只有采用通用化设计原则才能有效地解决这个问题。为此,我们对小附座定位元件进行了通用化设计的偿试,形成了小附座定位焊接的标准装置,取得了很好的技术经济效果。
