对“吉农105”雄性不育遗传、育性反应进行了研究鉴定,对过氧化物酶同工酶及主要农艺性状的配合力进行了分析。结果表明:“吉农105”的雄性不育是由一对隐性基因支配的,在育性反应上不同于西非迈罗A1型胞质,在过氧化物酶谱带及薄层扫描图上,也可看出它与A1、A2型胞质的明显差异。同时,本文还指出,中国高粱细胞质未造成主要农艺性状配合力的显著差异,认为中国高粱胞质雄性不育系具有内在的利用价值。
The genetic and fertility responses of “Jinong 105” male sterile were studied and identified, and the combining ability of peroxidase isozymes and major agronomic traits was analyzed. The results showed that male sterility of “Jinong 105” was dominated by a pair of recessive genes, which was different from that of the Meloma A1 type cytoplasm in West Africa. At the same time, the paper also pointed out that the sorghum cytoplasm in China did not cause significant differences in the combining ability of the main agronomic traits, suggesting that China’s sorghum cytoplasmic male sterile lines have intrinsic value.
