观察经皮神经电刺激的效应并确定哪组传入神经起重要作用。 4 3例健康人分为 3组 :腓总神经组 (CPN组 ) 19例、腓总神经皮支组 (CBPN组 ) 16例及对照组 8例。CPN组中 8例接受 0 9×MT电刺激 ,11例接受 1 2×MT电刺激 ;CBPN组中 8例接受 1 5×PT电刺激 ,8例接受 3 0×PT电刺激 ;对照组接受安慰电刺激。除对照组外 ,另两组Hmax/Mmax比值均降低 ;除 0 9×MTCPN组和对照组外 ,其他组的H反射潜伏期延长。不同的经皮神经电刺激产生不同的抑制效应 ,其中腓总神经皮支的传入纤维中Ia类和Ⅱ类纤维在比目鱼肌运动中介导抑制效应 ,并且后者起重要作用。
Observe the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and determine which group of afferent nerves play an important role. Four healthy individuals were divided into three groups: 19 cases in the common peroneal nerve group (CPN group), 16 cases in the common peroneurium group (CBPN group) and 8 cases in the control group. 8 cases in CPN group received 0 9 × MT electrical stimulation, 11 cases received 12 × MT electrical stimulation, 8 cases in CBPN group received 1 5 × PT electrical stimulation, 8 cases received 3 0 × PT electrical stimulation, and the control group received comfort Electrical stimulation. Except for the control group, the ratio of Hmax / Mmax in the other two groups was decreased. Except 0 9 × MTCPN group and the control group, the H reflex latency of the other groups was prolonged. Different transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation produces different inhibitory effects, of which the Ia and II fibers in the afferent fibers of the common peroneal nerve sheath mediate the inhibitory effect in soleus muscle movement, and the latter plays an important role.
