In a ward at London Children’s Hospital, in addition to my son Adrian, there are seven other children: Carol, Elizabeth, Joseph, Hermia, Miriam, Salisbury, and Freddy. The youngest of them was my son, only four years old, and the biggest was Freddy, 12. With the exception of Elizabeth, they all have leukemia and their days in the world are numbered. Ten-year-old Elizabeth looks very beautiful, blue eyes, blond hair, very lovable. When I went to visit my son, the children said that after Elizabeth had finished the course, he would leave here and go home for a rest, all of whom were reluctant to her. Unfortunate fate, these children depend on each other. They share everything and even share the love of their parents.
