目的探讨新型脱敏剂ClinproTMXT Varnish和奥威尔对牙本质小管的封闭作用及其耐磨性。方法收集2013年10-11月在南京大学医学院附属口腔医院口腔外科门诊因正畸需要拔除的无龋坏、无缺损新鲜离体前磨牙48颗,制备成牙本质盘标本,随机分为3组。A组:空白对照组;B组:ClinproTMXT Varnish组;C组:奥威尔组,每组16个。A组不做任何处理;B、C组分别按照脱敏剂使用说明书对暴露的牙本质表面进行处理,并且每组选取8个标本进行刷牙磨耗试验,然后用扫描电镜分别对各组标本的牙本质表面和纵剖面进行观察,并用Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像分析软件量化分析。结果 B组和C组标本均能在牙本质表面形成有效封闭,两组间的牙本质小管面积及相对面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且两组脱敏剂都可渗入牙本质小管内达一定深度,B组渗入深度明显大于C组(P<0.05);牙刷磨耗试验后,B组牙本质表面的封闭性明显优于C组(P<0.05)。结论 ClinproTMXT Varnish对牙本质小管的封闭作用及其耐磨性较奥威尔更佳。
Objective To investigate the blocking effect and wear resistance of dentin tubules by a new desensitizer ClinproTM XT Varnish and Orwell. Methods Forty-eight caries-free and defect-free fresh premolar teeth were collected from the Department of Stomatology, Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical College from October 2013 to November 2013. Totally, group. Group A: Blank control group; Group B: ClinproTMXT Varnish group; Group C: Orwell group, 16 in each group. Group A did not do any treatment; Group B and Group C were treated according to desensitization instructions on the exposed dentin surface, and each group selected eight specimens for toothbrush wear test, and then scanning electron microscopy of each group of specimens of teeth Intrinsic surface and longitudinal section were observed and quantified with Image-Pro Plus 6.0 image analysis software. Results The specimens of group B and group C were able to form an effective block on the dentine surface. There was no significant difference in dentinal tubule area and relative area between the two groups (P> 0.05), and both desensitizers could penetrate dentin The penetration depth of group B was significantly higher than that of group C (P <0.05). After toothbrush wear test, the occlusion of group B was better than group C (P <0.05). Conclusions ClinproTM XT Varnish is more effective than Orwell in sealing the dentinal tubules and their wear resistance.
