笔者因工作关系,曾与山东省桓台县邮政速递公司有过来往,对该公司女经理孙桂芬处理与客户关系的公关意识和公关技巧颇为叹服。兹摘其三例:结识新客户去年夏天,山东省中专招生点设在了桓台县。招生当然会有大量的档案材料、通知等需要寄递。孙桂芬意识到,这是一个难得的好机会。但令她为难的是,与招生老师们素昧平生,直接上门,显得突兀不说,还可能引起老师们的戒备心理,弄不好就把“买卖”给砸了。她决定待机而动,来个“感情公关”。
