高效的技术学习率有助于企业维持持续的竞争优势。本文在分析技术能力势能和技术能力势能差对技术学习影响的基础上,应用系统动力学理论构建了技术能力提升对技术学习影响的模型,模型分析了技术能力提升对技术学习的作用过程,并仿真模拟了技术能力提升对技术学习率的动态影响。结果显示企业技术能力增长速度减缓后会对技术学习率产生负向的影响;而选择恰当的时机连续地调整其技术能力势能差,能够使企业高效的技术学习率得到有效地延续和提高。研究成果可为企业如何利用现有的技术能力获得最佳的学习效果提供重要的参考。
Efficient technical learning rates help companies maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of the influence of the potential energy of technical ability and the technical potential difference on technology learning, this paper constructs a model of the impact of technological capability improvement on technology learning by using system dynamics theory. The model analyzes the role of technological capability enhancement on technology learning and The simulation simulates the dynamic influence of technical ability improvement on technical learning rate. The results show that the slowdown of technological capability growth will have a negative impact on the technology learning rate; while the right time to adjust their technological capabilities potential difference is poor, enabling enterprises to effectively extend and improve the technical learning rate. The research results provide an important reference for enterprises how to use the existing technical ability to obtain the best learning results.
