目的以完善健康宣教内容、利于护士不断提升为出发点,以临床护理实践为落脚点,开发符合专科特色的可以动态维护的健康宣教模块,为提高护理质量奠定坚实基础。方法基于移动护理理念下,拟定健康宣教的7个模块,选择2016年3—8月移动护理上线试点病区神经内科110例住院患者为观察组,利用以移动手持电脑设备(personal digital assistant,PDA)进行健康宣教,选择2015年9月—2016年2月上线前该病区110例住院患者为对照组,使用常规表单式宣教方法,比较两组患者出院时健康知识及住院知识知晓率和满意度。计数资料采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组患者健康教育知晓率和满意度均高于对照组患者(80.91%、96.36%、90.00%、99.09%),其对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论动态的健康宣教内容模块提高了患者的健康知晓率和满意度,得到了临床一线护士和专家的认可与肯定,能更好地服务于临床护理。
Objective To improve the content of healthy mission, nurses to promote the continuous improvement as a starting point to clinical nursing practice as the foothold to develop in line with specialist characteristics can be dynamically maintained health education module, to improve the quality of care and lay a solid foundation. Methods Based on the concept of mobile nursing, seven modules of health education were drawn up and 110 hospitalized patients in the department of neurology of the pilot ward of mobile care from March to August 2016 were selected as the observation group. Counting data using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The awareness rate and satisfaction rate of health education in observation group were higher than those in control group (80.91%, 96.36%, 90.00%, 99.09%). The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions The dynamic content module of health education improves patient awareness of health awareness and satisfaction, and is recognized and affirmed by first-line clinical nurses and experts to better serve clinical nursing.
