燕燕:劳动部(劳办发[1993]8号)文件规定说,在启用了身份证后企业办理职工退休手续时,应以其身份证记载的出生日期为准。请问,干部身份证上的出生日期与档案记载不一致时,如何核定干部离退休时间?是否也可按劳动部8号文件精神执行?
Yan Yan: The Ministry of Labor (Lao Ban Fa [1993] No. 8) stipulates that the date of birth shall be based on the date of birth recorded by an enterprise upon the retirement formalities of an enterprise after the ID card has been activated.
