石钢烧结厂从九月份开始进行了金岭高硫矿配比的试验,成功的解决了金岭矿粉的脱硫和合理使用的问题。金岭矿粉含硫平均在1.4%以上,烧结料中随着金岭矿配入量的提高,烧结矿含硫相应增高,当配比达到矿粉的40%时,烧结矿含硫达0.10~0.15%,同时烧结矿强度也随之变坏,仅从调整烧结操作制度着手一直难于改善,为了解决这个难题,八月份进行了系统的试验室试验,终于获得了金岭高硫矿和一部分精选粉配比的合适方案,显著的提高了脱硫效率,同时,保证了良好的烧结矿强度。
