我国的境外投资虽然起步晚,起点低,但随着国家“走出去”战略的实施,发展相当迅速。中国企业和金融机构“走出去”过程中遭遇的征收、战争、汇兑限制和违约等政治风险也层出不穷。为贯彻国家的政策方针,维护我国企业和金融机构的利益,海外投资政治风险的规避措施亟待解决。 Although our country’s overseas investment started late and started low, its development has been quite rapid with the implementation of the national “going out” strategy. Political risks such as expropriation, war, currency restrictions and defaults encountered by Chinese enterprises and financial institutions during their “going out” are also emerging. In order to carry out the policy of the state and safeguard the interests of Chinese enterprises and financial institutions, the measures to be taken to circumvent the political risks of overseas investment need to be resolved urgently.
