对107例病人每例用六极起博导管组成10种起搏电极组合,以相同脉宽和导管位置作食管心房起搏。发现负极接第3极,正极接第2、4、5极的四极组合法起搏阈值仅18.8±3.0V,仅2例(1.9%)有明显不适感,与其它组合方法比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),该法起搏脉冲振幅适中,与V1导联的QRS波方向相反。便于进行观察,测量和分析。因此,有助于食管心房调搏术的推广应用。
In each of the 107 patients, six types of booster catheters were used to make up 10 kinds of pacemaker electrodes, and esophageal atrial pacing was performed with the same pulse width and catheter position.
