研究了 FMS之间工件传输有延迟的柔性自动化车间 ( FAW)的最优生产计划问题 .文中首先根据实际需要建立车间生产计划的基于关联延迟的非线性规划模型 ,然后为求解方便通过引进约束将其转化成线性规划模型 .由于这种模型对于一般车间来讲其规模已经很大 ,很难在微机上用单纯形法在可接受的时间内获得其最优解 .为此 ,本文提出分别用卡马卡算法和基于卡马卡算法的关联预测法来求解车间最优生产计划问题 ,并编制了相应软件 .最后通过算例研究 ,比较了卡马卡算法、基于卡马卡算法的关联预测法和 Matlab中的线性规划法 ,结果表明所提方法非常适合将 ERP/MRP 下达给 FAW的中期计划最优分解成由 FAW中各 FMS执行的短期计划 ,尤其适合 FMS之间的工件传输需经出入库并有一步延迟的情况
This paper studies the optimal production planning problem of flexible automation workshop (FAW) with delayed workpiece transfer between FMS.The paper firstly establishes the nonlinear programming model based on the correlation delay of the workshop production plan according to the actual needs, and then, through the introduction of constraints Which is transformed into a linear programming model.Because this model for the general workshop in terms of its size is already very large, it is difficult to use the simplex method in the microcomputer to obtain its optimal solution within an acceptable time.To this end, Kamaka algorithm and association forecasting method based on Kamaka algorithm are used to solve the optimal production planning problem in the workshop and the corresponding software is compiled.At last, a case study is carried out to compare the Kamaka algorithm, Kamaka algorithm based association prediction Method and Matlab, the results show that the proposed method is very suitable for the optimal decomposition of the medium-term plan of ERP / MRP to FAW into the short-term plan of each FMS in FAW, which is especially suitable for the workpiece transfer between FMS Out of storage and one-step delay situation
