六十年代初,原南京农学院(现南京农业大学)小麦品种研究室组配的南大2419/江东门//欧柔杂种,除在南京进行选育外,其部分高代材料引至江苏省大丰县农科所,由于充分表现了矮秆大穗、耐肥抗倒、早熟、优质等特点,经4代选择,育出了丰产优质小麦品种“宁丰”(原名大丰1087)。这一事例联系到国内外有关经验,我们深感有开展穿梭育种的必要。 1980年春,南农小麦品种研究室与淮阴地区农科所小麦育种组协商,取得一致意见,决定自1980年秋播起,先少量交换材料,开展初级的穿梭育种。1982年,全国小麦育种攻关协
In the early 1960s, the Nanjing University 2419 / Jiangdongmen // Euryale hybrids, formerly assigned to the Wheat Variety Research Laboratory of Nanjing Agricultural University (now Nanjing Agricultural University), except for breeding in Nanjing, attracted some of its advanced materials to Jiangsu Dafeng County Agricultural Science Institute, due to the full performance of the dwarf big spike, anti-down, precocious, high quality and other characteristics, after 4 generations of choices, bred a high yield and quality of wheat varieties “Ning Feng” (formerly known as Dafeng 1087). This case is linked to relevant experiences both at home and abroad. We deeply feel the need for shuttle breeding. In the spring of 1980, the South Agricultural Wheat Variety Research Office negotiated with the Wheat Breeding Team of Huaiyin District Agricultural Science Institute and agreed that it was decided to start the fall in the autumn of 1980 with a small amount of material exchange and primary shuttle breeding. In 1982, the National Wheat Breeding Research Association
