随着社会经济的不断发展,社会体育也应运而生,作为一门年轻的专业,反响却非常热烈,多个高校都开设了社会体育专业。但是也由于专业的年轻性,并未很好地适应社会和满足市场需要,造成了社会体育专业学生毕业容易、就业困难的局面。这给社会体育专业带来诸多困扰,专业发展陷入困境。因此要想实现社会体育专业的可持续发展,就必须要满足社会市场的多重需要,将培养的人才目标模式与社会所需要的人才相结合,协调学校教育目标与社会就业需要。但是在目前的社会体育专业的可持续发展需要中还存在诸多问题,对这些问题进行有效探讨,将有利于实现社会体育专业的可持续发展。
With the continuous development of social economy, social sports have emerged. As a young professional, the response has been very enthusiastic. Many colleges and universities have opened social sports major. However, due to the professional youngness, it is not well adapted to the society and the needs of the market, resulting in the graduation of social sports majors and employment difficulties. This brings many troubles to the social sports major and the professional development is in a dilemma. Therefore, in order to realize the sustainable development of social sports major, it is necessary to meet the multiple needs of the social market, combine the target model of training with the talents needed by society, and coordinate the educational goals of schools and the social employment needs. However, there are still many problems in the current sustainable development of social sports major. To effectively explore these problems will be conducive to the sustainable development of social sports major.
