世界卫生组织已明确提出:过敏性疾病已成为21世纪严重影响人类健康的全球性疾病。流行病学调查显示,其患病率呈世界性的增加与流行趋势,影响到世界22%以上的人群。对此,世界变态反应组织和欧洲变态反应学会于2005年6月28日在联合召开的学术会议上宣布:2005年7月8日为第一个世界过敏性疾病日。第一个世界过敏性疾病日的主题是“预防过敏性疾病”,目的是通过提高全民对过敏性疾病的认识,共同来预防过敏性疾病。过敏性疾病是一种免疫系统疾病,可以累及到人体的各个系统和器官,导致各种各样的病症和临床症状。人类最常见的过敏性疾病有过敏性鼻炎、结膜炎、哮喘、花粉症、荨麻疹、湿疹、特异性皮炎、过敏性紫癜与胃肠道过敏等。本期选择具有代表性的过敏性疾病,组织有关专家进行专题讨论。希望各级医务工作者提高对过敏性疾病的认识,掌握规范化的诊断与治疗,加强对过敏性疾病的宣传、教育,为过敏性疾病的防治做些力所能及的工作。以下分8个专题进行讨论。
The World Health Organization has made it clear that allergic diseases have become a global disease that has a serious impact on human health in the 21st century. Epidemiological survey shows that the prevalence rate is increasing worldwide with the epidemic, affecting more than 22% of the world population. To this end, the World Allergy Organization and the European Association of Allergy on June 28, 2005 in a joint academic conference announced: July 8, 2005 as the first World Day of Allergic Diseases. The theme of the first World Day for Allergic Diseases, “Preventing Allergic Diseases,” aims to prevent allergic diseases by raising people’s awareness of allergic diseases. Allergic diseases are diseases of the immune system that can be involved in various systems and organs of the body, leading to a variety of illnesses and clinical symptoms. The most common human allergic diseases are allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, asthma, hay fever, urticaria, eczema, atopic dermatitis, allergic purpura and gastrointestinal tract allergies. The current selection of a representative allergic diseases, the organization of experts for thematic discussions. Hope that medical workers at all levels to raise awareness of allergic diseases, to master the standardization of diagnosis and treatment, to strengthen the publicity and education of allergic diseases, allergic diseases, prevention and treatment to do something within its power. The following sub-eight topics for discussion.
