目的探究、分析哮喘患者吸入糖皮质激素前后血清蛋白质组变化及意义,从而为临床提供可靠的数据。方法此次研究中,随机选取40例哮喘患者作为实验组研究对象,均为我院自2015年2月至2015年12月期间所接收,同时选取40例来我院体检的健康体检者作为对照组,对实验组患者采用吸入糖皮质激素进行治疗,并分析使用前后血清蛋白质组的变化。结果经过研究可以发现,在治疗前后RBP丰度、HSP70以及Eotaxin水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而辅酶Q10丰度、WDBP水平则显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在经过治疗后HSP70以及Eotaxin水平在治疗后得到了明显的下降,而VDBP则显著上升,差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HSP70、VDBP以及Eotaxin与哮喘的发病机制有着密切的联系,且可能是糖皮质激素治疗的新靶点。
Objective To explore and analyze the changes and significance of serum proteome in patients with asthma before and after glucocorticoid inhalation, so as to provide reliable data for clinic. Methods In this study, 40 asthmatic patients were randomly selected as the experimental group, all of which were received by our hospital from February 2015 to December 2015. At the same time, 40 healthy people who were examined in our hospital were selected as control Group, the experimental group patients with inhaled corticosteroids for treatment, and analysis of serum proteome before and after the change. Results The results showed that the abundances of RBP, HSP70 and Eotaxin were significantly higher than those of the control before and after treatment (P <0.05), while the abundance of coenzyme Q10 and the level of WDBP were significantly lower than those of the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of HSP70 and Eotaxin were significantly decreased after treatment, while the VDBP increased significantly, the difference was also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion HSP70, VDBP and Eotaxin are closely related to the pathogenesis of asthma and may be new targets of glucocorticoid therapy.
