我国即将迎来举世瞩目的北京奥运会,还有上海世博会、广州亚运会、大运会等大型国际活动也将相继举办,再加上全球打击恐怖主义的特殊形势,维护社会治安和公共安全对防爆产品和技术提出了新的大量的需求,防爆产业正面临着巨大的发展机遇。随着现代技术的发展进步,以及国内外在防爆技术领域的长期研究积累,防爆产品与技术在不断更新和改进,这种状况也促进着防爆行业较快的发展。目前,国内从事防爆行业的单位已从当初为数不多的几家发展到几十、上百家,而且在爆炸装置探测、排爆、防护装具的技术和产品开发方面与国外同类产品的距离正在缩小,国内厂家自主研发生产的防爆产品已在公安、司法、民航、铁路、公路、船运、海关等各领域得到广泛应用。但是。我国防爆行业发展中存在一些问题,特别是法律法规和行业管理政策不完善,相关技术标准滞后甚至缺失,合格评定和市场准入制度尚未形成,这些现状造成行业发展的无序,导致不公平竞争现象普遍存在,政府(集团)采购中供、需双方信息不对称,标准与评价不统一,相关利益方的市场行为不够规范,产品质量和公正性很难保证。公安等有关政府主管部门已经认识到问题的严峻性,开始组织专家研讨有关防爆产品合格评定制度。我们期待,在各方的努力下,我国防爆产业将迎来一个更加光明的明天。
