一、前言 M42钢(即W2Mo9Cr4VCo8钢)具有高碳、高钴、低钒的特征。经热处理其硬度易达到HRC69~70,能解决高温合金、马氏体时效钢、沉淀硬化不锈钢等难加工材料的加工问题。我厂M42钢近年来不断增加,但钢中碳化物往往不合格而影响生产。为此,我们研究了Si的作用及对碳化物和性能的影响。二、试验方法试验用钢采用10kg真空感应炉熔炼,其化学成分列于表1。钢锭脱模后按图1(a)工艺退火,然后锻成15mm方料,锻造工艺为:加热温度1170℃,开锻温度1100℃,终锻温度大于950℃。锻后15mm方料按图1(b)工艺退火。进行组织观察和性能测试。三、结果和讨论
