众所周知,在我国保险营销人员的流动性和淘汰率都非常高。很大一个原因就是学校与保险公司的脱节,学校培养的学生太娇气,上不了一线,而保险公司自己培训的营销人员综合素质不够,淘汰率过高。在我国保险业飞速发展的今天,亟需高素质的一线人才,单纯依靠学校培养或企业培训均有其局限性。根据我固目前实际情况,可从培养人才的源头抓起,整合保险教育资源,形成以学校培养为主。企业培训为辅,学界与业界融合这种方式来解决保险教育与市场脱节的问题,建立校企合作的人才培养途径,打造一批批极具发展后劲的保险营销人员。
As we all know, the insurance marketers in our country have very high liquidity and elimination rate. A big reason is that schools and insurance companies out of touch, school-trained students too fragile, not on the line, and the insurance company’s own training of the overall quality of marketers is not enough, the elimination rate is too high. In today’s rapid development of the insurance industry in our country, there is an urgent need for high-quality front-line personnel, and their reliance solely on school training or corporate training has its limitations. According to our actual situation at present, we can start from the source of training talents and integrate insurance education resources to form a school-based training.
