采用1WCO_2激光器照射小鼠胸腺区及脾区,观察激光照射对血清IgG、溶血素、AFC及LGL的影响.实验结果表明,激光照射组上述免疫指标明显高于对照组(P<0.01),由此证明,CO_2激光具有增强免疫细胞活性及促进免疫分子产生的作用.
The 1WCO_2 laser was used to irradiate the thymus and spleen of mice, and the effects of laser irradiation on serum IgG, hemolysin, AFC and LGL were observed. The experimental results showed that the above-mentioned immune indexes in the laser irradiation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), which demonstrated that the CO 2 laser can enhance the immune cell activity and promote the production of immune molecules.
