实践中,看守所女性在押人员人权保障中还存在的一些问题。为此,应剖析个性心理;采取相应措施,提高责任意识,简化审批手续;借鉴心理咨询,突破防御底线;限制自由裁量,设置救济程序;合理利用资源,科学配置警力;规范监管权限,维护人格尊严就显得尤为重要。
In practice, there are still some problems in the protection of human rights of female detainees in detention centers. To this end, we should analyze personality psychology; take appropriate measures to raise the awareness of responsibility to simplify the examination and approval procedures; consult psychological counseling to break through the bottom line of defense; restrict discretion and set up remedial procedures; make rational use of resources and scientifically deploy police forces; regulate regulatory authority and personality Dignity is especially important.
