农村现代远程教育工作是国务院加强农村教育工作的重要内容之一。吉 林省在落实教育信息化推动教育现代化的跨越式发展的工作中,经过几年的 努力,现已有“全国现代教育实验学校”49所,“吉林省电化教育示范校”318 所。从2004年末起,吉林省教育厅将农村远程教育硬件工程建设交给了省教 育技术装备处,吉林省电化教育馆则负责“农远”的应用研究工作。在试点 校配备了“模式一”、“模式二”和“模式三”的设备和相关软件的同时,根 据“农远试点工作方案”中对近期的工作重点是“攻坚”与“认真总结试点 工作经验”的要求,省电教馆在组织、指导和管理全省现代教育技术的科研、 教研、教学工作中,以“科研先导、精于研讨、基于网络、面向农远、推进 课改、滚动管理”的指导思想,已认认真真地为“农远”的现代教育与教学, 做了应用培训、课题研究、教学应用和知识库等三方面颇具前瞻性的研究工 作。目前,以应用为导向,服务于“农远”工程的试点工作,正处于良性、有 序和高效地发展之中。
