1 历程 上海轨道交通系统的规划建设,始于1958年。当时的指导思想是战备为主,兼顾交通。因此网络的规模、线路的走向、各项技术标准等,均按战备要求定,属于保密工程,基本上不考虑交通要求。 文革后,我国经济建设政策调整,城市建设的指导思想也相应变更。地铁建设也转向以交通为主。但在认识转变之初,习惯影响尚深,对相关的发展因素估计往往不足,因此规划网络的成果仍属低标准。如1983年完成的
