在企业竞争日益激烈的今天,绩效技术作为一种系统方法,合理的运用能够尽快提高企业管理质量、优化培训效果,为企业的培训教育开辟了一条便捷的绿色通道。本文通过分析绩效技术的含义和特点和它在我国的应用发展现状,剖析其应用过程中出现的问题,进而探索有效的策略,最终达到提高生产效率和生产效益的目的。
