学生群体性癔症是一种对学校和社会稳定危害极大的群体性心因性反应,在国内时有发生,其病因为某种外界因素,大多源于恐惧,与学生的心理健康状况有极大关系[1]。2012年3月29日,贵州省织金县某中心小学发生一起疑似群体性食物中毒事件,经流行病学调查、病例临床诊疗情况分析、实验室检查结果确认,是一起因个别学生进食营养早餐后胃肠不适、班主任的宣传和家长的担心所引起的一起学生群体性心因性反应事件,现将调查结果报道如下。
