We have recently gained a hands-on experience in our work, as follows: 1. Material Handling The material to be sliced is first sliced and then the slices are cut into 2-3 mm wide and 1 cm long pieces. If the leaves are naturally thin slices, for some small stems to observe the overall structure of the cross-section of the stem can also cut the whole. The original hard material can be cut with fresh specimens. 2. Slice technology to cut the material on a good card paper or kraft paper with the left index finger hold down the right hand holding the index finger to cut a portion of the index finger, and then close to the index finger in parallel to cut, cut When the blade is always close to the index finger, the index finger position also remain intact; only the use of finger muscle activity, for very detailed finger retraction exercise, this method if you practice more times, you can skilled (pictured). The authors summarize the advantages of this method as follows: (1) No need to clamp
