本文应用两相流、溶液热力学和吸收式制冷循环的基本理论,对无泵LiBr吸收式太阳能制冷机中热虹吸泵在绝热弹状流工况下的热虹吸特性进行了研究。研究结果揭示了浓溶液提升高度、稀溶液浸没高度、热虹吸管内径等重要参数跟制冷剂蒸气、LiBr水溶液的物性参数、流动参数之间的内在关系,提出了用热虹吸特性曲线图分析热虹吸泵运行工况的方法,求出了维持热虹吸泵正常工作所必须具备的加热负荷范围,为该类型热虹吸泵设计和运行提供了依据。
In this paper, based on the basic theory of two-phase flow, solution thermodynamics and absorption refrigeration cycle, the thermosyphon characteristics of thermal siphon pump in adiabatic slug flow are studied in a pumpless LiBr absorption solar refrigerator. The results revealed the inherent relationship between the important parameters such as the height of the concentrated solution, the immersion height of the dilute solution, the inner diameter of the thermosyphon, the physical parameters of the refrigerant vapor and LiBr aqueous solution, and the flow parameters. The thermosyphon characteristic curve was used to analyze the thermosyphon Pump operating conditions of the method, obtained to maintain thermal siphon pump must have the normal work of the heating load range, for this type of thermal siphon pump provides the basis for the design and operation.
