研究将管理类学生的综合能力分解为心理素质、管理能力、创新能力、自主学习能力、专业能力五个主要方面,调查了通过大学四年的学习生活学生各项能力的提升情况以及所花费的时间成本,再用价值工程思想求出各项能力的价值系数,分析本科人才培养效率,找出目前提升管理类大学生综合能力的突破口,并以最低的时间成本进行优化与改进。
The research divides the comprehensive ability of management students into five major aspects: psychological quality, management ability, innovation ability, self-learning ability and professional competence. It investigates the improvement of various abilities of students who have passed the four-year university life study, Time cost, and then use the value engineering thought to get the value coefficient of each ability, analyze the undergraduate talent training efficiency, find out the breakthrough of improving the comprehensive ability of management college students, and optimize and improve with the lowest time cost.
