本文介绍了氮离子直接注入高速钢(W18Cr4V)和用氮离子束轰击表面镀钛高速钢的工艺过程及其对高速钢表面硬度、耐磨性、切削性能的影响情况。给出了氮离子注入工艺能明显改(?)高速钢表面硬度和耐磨性能、切削寿命可提高二倍以上的效果。
In this paper, the process of direct injection of nitrogen ions into high-speed steel (W18Cr4V) and the bombardment of titanium-coated high speed steel with nitrogen ion beam and its effect on the surface hardness, wear resistance and cutting performance of high speed steel are introduced. The effect of nitrogen ion implantation process on the surface hardness and wear resistance of high speed steel is obviously improved and the cutting life can be increased more than twice.
