素质教育的发展,对教师的专业化提出了更高要求,对班主任工作也提出了专业化发展要求。我国中小学班主任工作中仍然存在班主任专业地位缺失、专业标准缺失以及班主任没有专业自主权等问题,本文将针对以上问题提出相应解决策略。
The development of quality education has put forward higher requirements on the professionalization of teachers and also put forward the requirements of professional development for class teachers. There are still some problems such as the lack of class professional status, the lack of professional standards and the absence of professional autonomy among class teachers in primary and secondary schools in China. This article will propose corresponding solutions to the above problems.
