目的研究药用植物清风藤Sinomenium acutum的化学成分。方法清风藤分离除去青藤碱后的苯母液经过反复硅胶柱色谱,以氯仿、氯仿-甲醇、石油醚-丙酮洗脱分离其中残余的其他生物碱类成分,通过波谱分析方法和X-射线衍射分析法确定化合物结构。结果从清风藤除去青藤碱后的母液中分离出4个微量生物碱,分别鉴定为:四氢表小檗碱tetrahydroepiberberine(Ⅰ)、紫堇碱cheilanthifoline(Ⅱ)、8-氧四氢小檗碱8-oxo-canadine(Ⅲ)、8-氧四氢巴马丁8-oxotetrahydropalmatine(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of medicinal plant Sinomenium acutum. Methods The benzene mother liquor from Sinomenine vine was separated by silica gel column chromatography. The residual alkaloids were separated by chloroform, chloroform-methanol, petroleum ether-acetone, and analyzed by spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The analytical method determines the structure of the compound. Results Four trace alkaloids were isolated from the mother liquor of Sinomenine after removal of sinomenine. They were identified as tetrahydroepiberberine(I), cheilanthifoline(II), and 8-oxotetrahydropalmitine. Alkali 8-oxo-canadine (III) and 8-oxotetrahydropalmatine (IV). Conclusion Compounds II~IV were isolated from this plant for the first time.
