中国国务院国有资产监督管理委员会2003年4月正式挂牌成立,原国家经济贸易委员会主任李荣融成了这个国务院直属机构的掌门人。
State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China was formally established in April 2003, and Li Rongrong, former director of the State Economic and Trade Commission, became the head of this institution under the State Council.
