Antigone, the weaker woman, has long been regarded as a tragic figure in his eponymous play. Few people include Creon in the play in this category. His stubbornness caused by a series of disastrous consequences make it a target of public criticism, can not get the audience’s sympathy and understanding. Hegel, on the other hand, has a different view. He believes both are tragic figures. This view cited
