通过阅读大量有关班主任专业成长的文献资料,笔者发现当前我国班主任还存在一些问题:部分群体专业化水平很低、个人素质良莠不齐、管理能力千差万别,文章进一步指出从提高班主任岗位的吸引力、建立班主任经验交流平台、提高管理能力、营造良好人际关系四个方面,促进班主任的专业成长。
Through reading a large number of documents about the professional growth of class teachers, the author finds that there are still some problems in current class teachers in our country: some groups have a low level of specialization, personal qualities vary greatly and their management abilities vary widely. The article further points out that from improving the attractiveness of teacher positions, Experience exchange platform, improve management ability, and create good interpersonal relationships in four areas, to promote the professional growth of the class teacher.
