使用附有电子计算机的多道X光谱仪直接测定镍矿选矿流程中原矿、精矿、中矿和尾矿中7个主成分和少量元素,具有简便、快速和准确的特点。本法在四年来大量配合分析中,满足了选矿车间的要求,及时地配合了选矿流程分析。本法所采用的制样手段,以及数据处理的方法等不但适用于其它有色金属选矿分析,而且也适用于钢铁工业中铁矿、炉渣、烧结矿、石灰与白云石以及耐火材料的直接粉末法多元素同时快速分析。
It is simple, rapid and accurate to directly determine the seven main components and a few elements in the ore, concentrate, middle mine and tailings in the nickel ore beneficiation process by using multi-channel X-ray spectrometer with electronic computer. This law in a large number of four years with the analysis, to meet the requirements of the beneficiation plant, in time with the beneficiation process analysis. The sampling methods and data processing methods used in this Law are not only applicable to other non-ferrous metal beneficiation analysis but also to the direct powder method of iron ore, slag, sinter, lime and dolomite and refractory in the iron and steel industry Multi-element rapid analysis at the same time.
