在农机修理中经常遇到曲轴轴颈与连杆瓦划伤现象,这种情况多是由于失油、使用不当造成抱瓦或侵入杂物而划伤曲轴与连杆瓦口且多数只是曲轴划伤,磨损量很小。以往的修理方法是将曲轴送到县城磨削处与预备连杆瓦配作,这样要花费30~40元,并且还要等上1~2天或更长时间,有的机手因着急要求直接更换新曲轴、连杆瓦,这就增加了维修费用,只曲轴一项就100多元。针对此种情况我站帮助维修点研制了一套简易的曲轴、连杆瓦研磨装置。如图1所示。
